Our Milton Keynes based client is looking to recruit a Hr Services Team Leader. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver transactional administration, support and advice to a defined UK population, to an agreed scope of service meeting and exceeding the service level agreements agreed within the business. Also ensure the continuous improvement of internal and external accuracy and quality measures.   The ideal candidate should be a good people manager. You should posses  excellent organisational skills and have the ability to make decisions, offering solutions and best practice as well as having a mature and calm approach to changing demands, be able to mediate work through challenging agendas. If you have a high level of computer literacy in word and excel and an ability to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines, this may be the position for you!
