Part - Time Administrator

 

£17,000 pro rata

Our Milton Keynes based client is looking to recruit a part- time Administrator. Choose your hours over 4 days to equate to approximately 16 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are raised to the correct cost centre for the employee & that the correct prime & supplier codes are used. Maintenance, analysis, reporting & comparison between all company data & transport supplier data to ensure that data within these systems is accurate at all times. Provide monthly reports to both supplier and the reconciliation team. Liaise with all stakeholders & resolve employee queries as necessary.
