: Our Milton Keynes client is looking to recruit 4 Call Centre Agents to start ASAP.
Their objective is to provide a first class service by managing equipment failures within stores to ensure repairs are carried out in the most cost effective and timely manner.
Main responsibilities and objectives of the role are to receive calls regarding breakdowns, record details on their in house computer system, manage the breakdown by placing calls with contractors and arranging visits to site, check and verify invoices and timesheets on completion of work to ensure accurate charges, chase outstanding work requests with contractors to ensure they have been completed within agreed time frames.
Candidates should be computer literate (MS Office and Outlook) working to a high level of accuracy and will ideally be educated to GCSE standard (English and
math GCSE grade C or above is preferred) or equivalent. It is essential for candidates to have a good standard of written and spoken English together with a good knowledge of grammar and spelling. Experience of working within a call centre environment would be a distinct advantage. Our client operates 24/7, therefore shift working over a 40-hour week is required, a degree of flexibility being a pre requisite. You will work between the 6.30am & 8.30pm Monday to Friday and would also include working 6 weekends out of 14.
